Let Me Share My Story with You.

I am a Christian family life practitioner, therapist, mentor, and mother walking out my own journey with God one day at a time.
 
I have spent years supporting women, especially mothers, as they navigate the weight of life, faith, family, and purpose.
I understand what it means to carry so much on the inside while still showing up for everyone else.
I know the silent places where mothers hold their breath and push through.
I know the exhaustion that hides beneath strength.

I also know this truth:

A mother cannot pour from an empty soul.

She needs a space to breathe.
She needs a space to be seen.
She needs a space to be poured into.
She needs a space to be held by God.

This retreat was born from that understanding.

And here’s the Truth: 
You can’t pour from an empty cup. 

At this time of the year, moms often feel stretched thin. The holidays pull on our emotions. Family demands rise. Expectations increase. Responsibilities multiply. Many of us arrive at the end of the year more depleted than we realize.
